Local Associations Activity
· Trish has recently been nominated to the 2008 Professional Standards Procedures Work Group & the 2008 Professional Standards Hearing Panel
· Trish serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Realtor’s Association of South Central Wisconsin, 2007 – 2010
· In 2006, Trish was awarded the Presidential Service Award for her long standing dedication and commitment to the local Board of Realtors, specifically the New Member Orientation Committee.
· Trish has served as Chairperson for the New Membership Orientation Committee for 2005, 2004 and 2003. She has served on this committee for numerous years prior sharing her time and energy teaching monthly New Member Orientation Classes. As Chairperson, devoted countless hours to updating the New Realtor Education Modules. As of 2005 the entire format for this required training has been revised and improved taking into consideration comments from the new Realtors attending the courses as well as understanding the necessary components that must be taught to satisfy the NAR education requirements.
· Currently, as well as for many years previous, Trish has been selected to serve on the RASCW Professional Standards Committee and has served on numerous Arbitration Hearing Panels.
· Trish has served on past Recognition Committees for RASCW.
· Trish also served on the RASCW leadership Nominating Committee, which selects nominees for the Board of Director positions (2004).

· As a Charter Member of the Women’s Council of Realtors (a Society of NAR), Trish is a former Chairperson for the Professional Standards Committee as well as serving on the Membership Committee for WCR (Wisconsin’s Council of Realtors)
Activity in Civic Affairs
· Trish was selected as one of Madison area’s “40 under 40” by InBusiness Magazine in 2006 (recognizing 40 influential business people under the age of 40)
· Trish serves as the Realtor Representative on the Dane County Parks/Grants Committee (2nd term).
· Trish is a member of the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, the McFarland Chamber as well as the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce.
· Trish has served on the Program Planning Committee for the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce.
· Trish is a 2002 Graduated of Leadership Sun Prairie, a community business opportunity, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.
· For numerous years (since 1998) Trish has volunteered her time as a guest speaker for real estate broker and salesperson classes at MATC (Madison Area Technical College).
· Trish is a member of the East Side Club, (formerly known as the East Side Businessmen’s Club)

Personal
Trish and, her husband Patrick have two young children. They live in Sun Prairie with their old German Shepard named Rudedog.
