It’s time to BUY!
When you sign an agent to purchase a home you are hiring someone that must possess the following attributes;
- Honesty / It all starts here. It matters in each and every relationship. Your purchase means as much to me as it does to you.
- Integrity / During the transaction portion of the ‘deal,’ if you will, your agent needs to have the integrity to do what’s right for you and at the same time, work graciously with the other side.
- Determination / You ‘want what you want.’ You have to have a realtor that will go out there for you and get the home, business, land… that you are looking for. It takes determination. My record so far is showing a couple 24 homes in one day! Now, I am not asking you to beat that by any means… I am telling you and have shown, and will go the extra mile.
- Negotiation / All right. We’ve looked at the real estate that you wanted, set a price and terms that you’re comfortable with, now it’s time to make the deal. You need someone with experience. I am that person. Have you called 698-SOLD yet?

I am also a plan commission member and chairperson of a comprehensive planning committee for a local municipality. For my clients over the years, I have presented their projects and taken them through the approval stage for development. I have worked with city, village and town boards on all levels.
Land & Farm
Currently we have major project underway on the Southwest side of Madison. It’s a part of the City of Madison’s Pioneer Neighborhood Development Plan. We have 145 acres listed and are working our way through development. It’s a very exciting time and I’ll try to keep you up to date as we go along. The property is located along both Valley View and South Point Roads. Just take Mineral Point Road West and turn left onto South Point. You’ll see our signs.
Investment
Right now I am working on, and have listed, 4 multi-unit dwellings on North Blair Street in Madison. This is a great opportunity for an investor to look toward the future and possible development.
Neighborhood Development
This is one of my strengths. I was extremely fortunate to have done the marketing over a number of years for a large area neighborhood developer / home builder. The experience has proven to be valuable to my clients. I have done a great deal of research, focus groups, brand marketing, brand awareness… The type of research done; new home building customers, current owners, real estate agents (Yes, I actually did a Focus Group on local real estate agents). There were a myriad of questions asked and I have the answers that aid my clients and will help you on your project.
